I'm having trouble buying a gift!

Gift code doesn’t work. Gift codes can expire after some time. If your code received didn’t work please let us know, email help@500px.com and one of us will help.

Email with gift code is missing. If you are missing an email your mail server either rejected our email mistaking it for spam or there were errors at the time of payment processing, which need our manual attention. Please email help@500px.com and we’ll take a look, if your payment was processed you’ll receive and email with a new code.

What to do with the gift code. Once you receive a gif code give it to your friend. Your friend is to go to the upgrade page 500px.com/upgrade and redeem the code, by pressing "Redeem Code" and copying the code into the blank field. Once saved your friends account will be upgraded. 

Errors at the time of payment. If there were errors at the time of payment it is possible that your payment went through regardless. Email help@500px.com with your first and last name under which payment was attempted. If your payment did not go through please try another form of payment or contact your bank.
