Why did my membership payment fail to process?

There could be a few different reasons why your payment has failed to process! Not to worry. The best place to start is with a few quick troubleshooting steps:

If this happens, it's also good a practice to:

1. Try a different browser.

2. Try a different payment method (Supported: Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal).

3. Ensure that your card/PayPal account has sufficient funds.

4. Ensure that the payment is not being blocked by your banking provider.
