If you're in your Photo Manager and notice that your Public and All Photos counts are different, this could be due to one of two reasons:
1. When you uploaded your photo, you may not have uploaded them to your Public Collection, but rather to your Private Photo Collection. To add the photos to your public profile, go to "Manage Photos" and then drag and drop the photos from the tab "All Photos" to the tab "Public".
2. In the uploader screen, you may have chosen to add the image being uploaded directly to a Gallery. This causes the image to appear in the Gallery and your All Photos folder, but not your public profile. To prevent this from happening in the future, please upload the image to your public profile first and then add the image to the Gallery outside of the uploader window.
