What will happen to my existing Plus/Awesome membership?
Your Plus membership will be adjusted to Awesome and will be automatically renewed as Awesome upon your scheduled renewal date. Your Awesome membership will be adjusted to Pro and automatically renewed as Pro upon your scheduled renewal date. If you’d like to discuss choosing a new membership, email email@example.com and we’ll help you with that!
What is the refund policy on paid memberships?
All paid memberships are subject to a 30 day refund policy. If, for any reason, you would like to reverse your subscription purchase, you can reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org about it within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please also be advised, subscription purchases that include any value added service (ie: Adobe services) are non-refundable, even within the 30 day refund policy.

I just purchased an Awesome account and built a portfolio in the last X months - what does this mean for my Portfolio?
Your 500px Portfolio will continue to be available until your membership expiry date (Up to one additional year - can be found in My Settings -> Profile). The new Format based portfolios are only available with a Pro+ plan. As we migrate all of our Portfolio users to Format, you will be given the opportunity to test out Format. If you don’t want to wait, you can upgrade to Pro+ now and get the new functionality immediately. PLease keep in mind, new prices will apply. (500px.com/upgrade).
Can I try Format before I buy if I am an existing Awesome member?
Yes. To try our new Format portfolios, you have two options:
- We will be migrating those who have a Portfolio to Format in a phased rollout. You will receive a notification when we’re ready for you to test out the new portfolios. The migration will take until the end of year to complete. Why so long? There are many of you and we want to provide a great experience.**

If I sell my products / services on Format, will they take a cut from my sales? Will 500px take a cut too?
No, neither Format nor 500px takes a cut from store products sold on your Format website.
I just bought an Awesome account and want to upgrade to Pro+. Do I have to pay the full price even though I just paid $75, or can I get a discount on the Pro+ plan?

I have a 500px Portfolio and am not interested in Format. What will happen to my Portfolio?
500px Portfolios are being phased out and your portfolio will become inaccessible when your current annual membership expires.
How can I sign up for Pro+ and bring my existing Format account over with me? (I already have a subscription through Format—how can I migrate to your bundled subscription?)

Can I purchase the Adobe add-on to my membership after I’ve bought my membership?
You must purchase the Adobe add-on at the time of your purchase.
I have a Plus account. I don’t see this in the new Membership structure.
We’ll be removing Plus from our membership tiers as of April 10th, 2017. All Plus users will be grandfathered into the new Awesome membership tier until your Plus membership is set to expire.
