How can I manage my automatic renewal subscription?

By default, all upgrades are enabled for automatic renewals each year. If you'd like to cancel the automatic renewal subscription, here's how!

If you paid with credit card, you will need to get in contact with our team 2-3 days before your expiry date so that we can cancel the renewal and downgrade your account. If you wish to cancel earlier, that's also fine! However, please keep in mind that you will lose any remaining upgraded time on your account.


If you paid with PayPal, you may have an automatic renewal subscription enabled in your PayPal account. To cancel that subscription, log in to your PayPal account. Click here for more information.

If you'd like a refund for a renewal that has occurred in the past 30 days, please send a report here.
