Your Payout Setup needs to be completed before you can receive your funds.
To complete your Payout Setup or update your payout information, visit your Licensing Manager and click the "Paid out" button to open your Payout History.
Click "Edit" to begin the Payout Setup process, where you can update your information and tax documents (incl. W9 and W-8BEN).
Take some time to go through the required fields, and make sure your information is entered accurately.
Our payment request process requires the following information:

Personal information (as it appears on your bank records)
- Phone number
- Address

Payment information
- Payment method
- Details pertaining to that method
- Tax information: see below
Note: If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, please ensure the information entered completely matches the information entered in your PayPal account.
Tax Forms
The exact information needed depends on what tax form you’re filling in, but in general you’ll need to provide the following:
- Name
- Country of citizenship
- Residence country
- Address
- Tax ID (if you do not fill in this section, the withholding rate is 30%)
In the Claim of Treaty Benefits (Part II) section, be sure to click the following boxes:
- Claim special rates and conditions
- Royalties >> Copyrights
In the Certification (Part III) section, be sure to click on all of the boxes in order to proceed.
Once you’ve submitted your form, you’ll be brought back to the Payouts tab of your account.
